HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 - Book A Time For A Call

Please answer the short questionnaire above. This will help provide Bryce some background info on your plans & goals. After that, you will be prompted to schedule a call on Bryce's calendar. Yes, you will be speaking directly with Bryce. Come with any questions / concerns you may have! Most calls last 30-45 minutes. 

Step 2 - We Dive Into Your Goals

Once on the call, we'll start by talking about your overall goals for your move. What type of area you are hoping to live in, and what things are most important for you. 

 

If you aren't quite sure yet where you want to move, we can start to identify some areas that will fit your needs the best. If you already know where you'd like to live, we can expand on that area further. 

 

Then we'll talk housing. What specifically you're looking for, the current state of the market, and how we can find you a great home. 

 

Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have about the area, real estate, etc..!

Step 3 - Leave With Clarity & A Plan In Place

By the end of the call, you'll have a good idea of what area / areas you may want to end up, and we'll have a plan in place of how & when to find you a great home based on your timeline.
