To say that we had a very eventful purchasing process, move, and transition would be the understatement of the year! Our move was from Alabama to Seattle and we just could not put together a trip to look at the several houses that we were finding and asking to be shown. Further, it was painfully clear to us very early on that we were not going to have any real deliberation time before making an offer in the prevailing market. Bryce is the best! He helped guide us through buying our first house, which is no small task in the crazy Seattle housing market. He was a great communicator - he let us come to our conclusions about every house we looked at, but spoke up on important issues with houses when needed to prevent us from making a bad decision.
